Verizon's retail presence has long been a cornerstone of its customer experience, but a fragmented and aging retail fleet had left the brand in need of a bold vision for the future. With no clear plan for how the next generation of retail would look or function, Verizon challenged us to reimagine the entire retail journey—from visual merchandising to seamless shopping and the checkout experience.

We delivered fully realized concepts that redefined what retail could be, crafting a vision that integrated cutting-edge technology with compelling brand storytelling. By exploring every aspect of the journey, we proposed solutions that made the retail experience more cohesive, intuitive, and future-forward.
